If I log onto messenger and it pops up to tell me that I

XP  - MSN 6.2  both sides.

and Windows Messenger ?  Is it true that, the only way to get voice to work

i just downloaded sygate firewall.since i am unable to
open messenger and hotmail howecer i try.the only way is
to disable the firewall.i checked ok everytime prompted
but still no joy.
