Evening all. Since downloading and installing Service Pack 2 a couple days ago, I find that I cannot access the MSN Chat rooms via MSN Messenger OR Internet Explorer. I am paying for "Hotmail Extra Storage" to get access to the chat rooms.

I never use Messenger on my laptop but thanks to Jonathan, I was able to adjust it so that it's in the background & Remote Assistance etc won't be affected. There is only one contact's name which I have blocked. However, it's driving me nuts that I can't remove the name! I checked ...
