I have too many persons in my contact list with whom
I don't need to communicate anymore. I don't want them
to see that I am logged on, so I have blocked them.
I want to remove them from my contact list.

I have Windows Messenger 5 setup and I can send messages to people but when
they try to send to me they get a message saying that it cant be delivered.
I'm using an Exchange 2000 IM Server to communicate.
Other users can talk back and forth Just fine.

Could someone please tell me how to delete someone's
account from my pc - whenever I open Messenger - his name
automatically pops up in the box and I just want to

I am using MSN Messenger 6.2 on Windows XP. I have a basic model Labtec
webcam that works perfectly in Yahoo.
In Messenger, when I use the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard it sees my webcam and
itentifies its brand no problem. I get a picture and everything is fine. i

I let my daughter play at my computer (not on a network)
at work.  She went on her MSN Messenger.  Now everytime I
open OE it opens her Windows Messenger and I have to log
off it everytime.  All her contacts pop up in my address

Maybe this is out of topic of this group. But at least
there's something similiar, so I can hope I've got the
answer for the following problem:
my computer is connected to network with workgroup system.

I'm new to all this...how do I stop the annoying popups
that come thru Messenger Service? Thx.

I am trying to setup a Messenger video connection with a
remote system -- I can see and hear the remote, but the
remote cannot see or hear me.
Everything except output video from my system works --

How do one initiate messenger video teleconferencing
between two computers running XP on an isolated LAN
without Internet access?

My MSN Messenger constantly logs off after about 5 or 10
minutes, and then logs back in again.  I have tried to
reinstall, but it did not help.  Any help would be
appreciated!

my msn messenger ver 6.2 remains stubbornly minimized on
my taskbar. i cant get it to resore to the desktop at all
can anyone help with this please its driving me nuts as i
can still right click on it and sign in but if i cant get

This worked for me:
Shutdown Messenger
Open IE, Select Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings
Clear all checkboxes

when playing spades on yahoo get profile and then want
to add to friend list to messnger i get nothing .
so i try again and iget login again sorry our user
database is unavailable right now.I understand this
