i am having problems with messenger it will not let me sign
in  saying pass word is wrong i have changed it but dosent
make any differnce   thank you leanne

It's been there for several weeks now (downloading updates: 0 %), nothing
has changed on/to my computer...so, I'm wondering why it's not updating.
