I keep getting these annoying pop up ads from a messenger service? I get 1 or 2 every half hour and I can't seem to stop them? Does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to get rid of them? Please help.

I am currently running 4.7 and for 2 days now(saturday and sunday) even though I am signed out, I will return to my computer an hour or so later and I am somehow signed in. Does anyone know how to stop this?
