Can't get it to work between my brother and I----everything else does---voice, video, Remote Access, whiteboard, app sharing. Why not file transfer?? Both of our cable modem services claim they do not block file transfer.

I wondered if someone could help me. I have a problem with an unexplained error that says "UPnP framework has encountered an error and must shut down". There appears to be very little details about the problem. Unforntuately it is not reproducible so that I cannot text a fix.

Re: my post yesterday about Messenger reinstalling. Twice yesterday I reinstalled messenger 6.1 after booting up and being requested to install 6.1. Booted up this morning to find Messenger 4.7 now!! Has anyone got any ideas plaese? This is getting very irksome!!
