this is what i posted hi i got msn messenger 6.2 and windows messenger the one i have been using is messenger 6.2 but recently every time i sign on the net my windows messenger signs on by it self and i dont know why i tried to remove it but no succest

I associated my Hotmail passport with my profile and it seems to have associated it with outlook as well. Everytime I open up my Messenger Window I can see my contacts etc but there is nothing saying "2 new mails"

I have two machines, I m running the Windows Messenger on both of these with same Username/Password at the same time. Is it a feature?? coz in general the any messenger like yahoo will log you off from the previous instance if you try to login on another machine.

since i installed service pack 2 i continuosly receive an error message when trying to logon...either the service is not available or not connected to the internet yet i can access all other internet sites - pls help...thanks

I have MSN Messenger v6.2.0.137 installed in a clean WinXP Pro SP2 freshly installed PC. I have a Sony DCRTRV950 connected via firewire to the PC. The PC recognized it, no conflicts in device manager and it shows in MY COMPUTER (displays image).
