Hey all,
My windows messenger keeps starting up, which I don't want. Recently, I
opened Outlook and someone from my contact list started chatting to me. I
couldn't even see Messenger up - it wasn't in the task bar or anything. I've

Using 6.2 on XPsp2.
I am among those that get no audio connection , the advanced information
says that I am on a NON Upnp connection (through a cisco router so I expect
that) and I do get the error message that says the network may not support

I need to remove my member profile (related to ...@msn.com) but i can delete
information only and not remove it.
There is any way to remove it forever? Anyone find a way?

I have a wireless network at home running of a BT Voyager 2100-41 Router with
2 laptops and 1 desktop all running XP home. now the problem I can login to
messenger on the laptop no problem and my partner can login on her laptop but

all the time i try to sign in on to my msn messenger6.2
it wont let me it comes with a message saying my password

The list of emoticons is very basic with Windows Messenger
5.  We currently use Rhymbox and are upgrading to Microsoft
based services.  The users are used to having hundreds of
emoticons available.  Is there an option to download

For some odd reason my only link to messenger was
deleted. I know i still have the program on my computer
b/c it's running. But when i go to search for the

I had trouble with MSN messenger 6.2 not responding so I
uninstalled it. I then found that my Windows messenger
folder was empty and it would not work either. My Outlook
Express no longer shows any messenger options.

When talking to my daughter in France, the audio quality
is very poor.  It cuts out intermittently, and there is a

My friend has asked for remote assistance. I have received his invitation

I am behind a NAT firewall and trying to use remote
assistant.  I read that I should forward port 3398 in my
router.  Should this be set to TCP or UDP?  And is this
the only port forwarded?
