how do i talk online if i cant download msn messenger and
i cant get onto web messenger?

I have a Compaq  computer and I cannot program the special buttons on my

I am running the latest version of msn messenger on
windows XP service pack 2. Until recently everything was
working fine, however recently in the past couple of
weeks the email notifications have stopped for hotmail

My hotmail freezes, ever since hotmail added 250mb to
everybodys account mine freezes. But my accounts on both
hotmail and msn freezes as soon as I log on. And the only
way out is to go to windows task manaager and end task,

When you log into MSN, the e-mail list shows saved
addresses. Does anyone know how to remove entries from
this list as I have one or two redundant addresses and it
would be good if they didn't keep appearing in the list?

Hi everyone that understand SIP and Windows Messenger,
Just upgraded my WinXP home to SP2. I want to setup Windows Messenger (any
version) to be able to register on a SIP server that requires authentication
and then be able to have voice, video, presence, file transfer, messenging ...

I'm using Zone Alarm Pro firewall but I had to shut it down to use a
microphone in a voice conversation in Messenger.
Any idea how to configure Zone Alarm to let this through?

Can anyone tell me what's the difference between MSN Messenger and the
Windows Messenger I already have available as part of my Windows XP install?
Are they compatible with each other or completely separate IM applications?

This morning, my attempts to sign on to Windows Messenger 4.7 on my Windows

Every time i try signing onto msn messenger, it gives me
