My hotmail freezes, ever since hotmail added 250mb to everybodys account mine freezes. But my accounts on both hotmail and msn freezes as soon as I log on. And the only way out is to go to windows task manaager and end task,

When you log into MSN, the e-mail list shows saved addresses. Does anyone know how to remove entries from this list as I have one or two redundant addresses and it would be good if they didn't keep appearing in the list?

I'm using Zone Alarm Pro firewall but I had to shut it down to use a microphone in a voice conversation in Messenger. Any idea how to configure Zone Alarm to let this through?

Can anyone tell me what's the difference between MSN Messenger and the Windows Messenger I already have available as part of my Windows XP install? Are they compatible with each other or completely separate IM applications? Thanks in advance to those who give me advice on this.

In order to add voice to a remote assistance session, SP2 requires a Windows Firewall exception for "WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\helpctr.exe". Does in this case voice connection go a different way than voice
