i use Msn Messenger + plus - can i have the chat / vid accept window open up
automatically on my monitor when someone starts a web cam request from me?
Right now i just get the 2 seconds popup window and the chat / vid accept

It seems that I can receive files from another user, but cannot send
them.  I select "send a file or photo", it tells me that its waiting
for him to accept it, he accepts it, and then nothing.  i get an error

Whay can't I see my sent messages in MSN sent messages?

I have XP with only 244 RAM.  Is it OK to install SP2?  Do
