   When I receive a remote assistance ticket from some one and I start to

I keep receiving this "messenger service" pop up and I can't get rid of it.  
It tells me there is spy ware on my computer and I should go to the "error
fixit" site.. Can anyone tell me how I can get rid of this or if I should go

I already found the answer that I asked before.Because of the negotiation of
UPnP between WM and my NAT device somehow is failed,as a result WM tried to
receive files by the way of  NAT ALG ,BUT!!! my nat device didn`t allow it
(because of UPnP is running),so...private IP wasn`t  ...
