I can't get windows messenger to run.  need help

i just downloaded messenger today(nightmare) and am getting the 81000301
message also i get the server error'/' application

I will olmost be crazy! when i try to connect msn messenger,hotmail or
a site with pasword,i can not logging in!
By msn i have problems with .net messenger service ore proxy settings
error 0x81000301

   When I receive a remote assistance ticket from some one and I start to
open it, it gives me the messages (Remore assistance failed). What's the
reason behind that.
