If your not administrator on the local box Windows Messenger will not let you login to your .net account automatically when you start up your computer, it always asks for a login information - how can I keep it from doing that without making the user administrator?

When i try running msn6.1 i get the message that the unicows.dll is not found. I have since downloaded the file. Which directory should the file be placed in? I'm running WinXP.
