I am using MSN Messenger Version 6.2 (6.2.0137).
Windows Messenger is also installed.
Whiteboard and application sharing, Sound, video and file transfer do

Evertime my brother and I try to have a voice talk in msn messenger 6.2.his
attempt fails and also when I invite him to a voice conv..We are able to send
pictures ,change backgrounds and type messages,but all attempts at voice
fail.We both have xp service pak 2 and a broadband ...

ive tried deleting msn and downloading it again, ive

Hi, i always go on msn messenger and for the past week
every time i try to sign in , it wont let me, the same
with windows messenger. It either tells me to check my
password and user name or internet connection. Both are

Im  the principal user and  I have  any question for us because  yours not
notific when  was  instaling programs  and my software I dont  know because
us permiting this  error programs I which removing this programs sorry for my

and like so many packages, it tries very hard to do things for

When I connect to the internet, I am automatically logged into Windows
Messenger but don't want to be. I only like to use MSN Messenger 6.2 and when
I log into that, I get a message saying "you have been logged out of Net

I can hear and see the other person perfectly.  The other person can see me
perfectly, but can't hear me.  I ran the audio wizard and it checks out fine,
but when I speak, the volume bar for the mic doesn't register anything.  Any
ideas?  I'm using a Canon ZR65MC

Can anyone help with the no audio issue?  I have a Logitech Quickcam
Communicate and I have successfully got it working on one computer but not
on another computer.  Would I have better luck with the Messenger 7 Beta?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I have tried ...

My pc's are connected via a wireless LAN router (Belkin) and a Speedtouch 510
modem with a broadband Internet connection.
The router and the modem are UPNP compliant, but I don't succeed in getting
audio working.

I have set up a new webcam with microphone followed the audio/vidio Wizard, I
can see my contact but can't hear him. He says he can see and hear me ok.
Have tested speakers in wizard and they are reproducing sound ok. What am I
doing wrong?

Every time I try to install Windows Messenger 5.1...I get
an error with the HRESULT: 0x80070002....if someone could
tell me what that means.....& also if I try & install MSN
Messenger 6.2.....I end up with the same error....ending

It seems that several people (myself included) are having nightmare
problems with the latest WM5.1 upgrade from WM5.0. I'd love to pull this
patch from my AD, but recent security issues mean that I have to roll it
out, even if it sucks....and unfortunately, it does :-(

We've trie dall the obvious ways to Add Audio to it, and
