I want to deploy Windows Mesenger 5.1 across my enterprise. I need to have SIP and .NET enabled by default. I am thinking that a regkey would do the trick. Do you know what the regkey location and perameters should be? Thanks!

I keep getting pop up messages for windows messager saying it has detected spyware and tells me to go to either www.winfix.com or www.updatepatch.info. I already have spyware beta i and spyblster on my system as well as Mcafee anti virus. are these messages all bull.
