Since upgrading the the latest MSN Messenger, the number of unread hotmail messages, including the hotmail account, is being shown underneath the userid name at the XP Welcome screen. Is there a way to get rid of this being shown?

what is the difference between windows messenger and MSN Messanger besided the annoying ads abd tab?? and how can I get rid of the tab or modify them to my requirements and the search area and this the ads ?????

Whats the latest version of Messneger to support Exchange? My corporate IT used to send out 4.7, but have now stopped listed it for install. I've also seen a 5.x version too Most of my clients are XP based, with whatever version comes with XP SP2

How do you uninstall messenger and also remove it from Internet Explorer. When \unistalling form control panel, windows addins it leaves it in IE. Thanks JW

Contrary to my past experience, Messenger 7 (build 7.0.0813) appears to be automaitcally dialing when it loads up or after I manually disconnect. In the past, it was passive and never established a connection of its own. now, it appears to insist on maintaining a constant ...

Hi.. I clicked the link sent by my friend through MSN messenger.. and after that, the chat windows closed automatically. And the next day, my norton antivirus autoprotect status become off and my startup programs all off and also i can't access to other computers in my network.
