Friend can't receive my video using 7.0.   I am on 7.0 as well. All looks
fine on my end.  She can hear me, not see me.
She gets the invitation to join the video conversation, and just as quickly
a msg comes up that the invitation has been cancelled.

i downloaded msn messenger 7.0 and it wouldnt let me sign in, so i
uninstalled it, and re- downloaded msn messenger 6.2 and now that wont
let me sign in can anybody help plzzz ????

I have a problem with one XP Pro SP2 workstation where Windows Messenger
keeps coming off line.  However, when the messenger fails there is no sign
of the failure on the host PC.  You can still see contacts on-line and when

I am running WM 5.1 for a couple of years on the company's network.
Allthough we can use the messenger extras between coworkers inside our SBS2K
domain we cannot do this with external contacts.
I have read up about the limitations and I came to the conclusion that it is

Using Windows Messenger 5.1 on Windows XP Pro SP2 W/S and connected to an
Exchange 2000 server. Suddenly, when I try to log on I get the following
error message. "Signing in to Exchange Instant Messaging failed because the

I have recently had to reformat a hard drive on another PC and ever since I
cannot access Hotmail. There are currently no virus checkers or firewalls
running which I know have blocked it in the past. Everything else on the PC
works fine. Any ideas?

I have tried to use remote assistance to access another PC but could only
get screen view only when logged on.  Is it possible to offer help by

I have tons of trouble with MSN Messenger v7 not being able to sign in.  It
will try for several minutes and then finally give up.  If I pull up Windows
Messenger v4.7 it's able to sign in immediately.  I also never had this
problem with MSN Messenger v6.2.  This problem only ...

hi to everyone, I'm going to remove my MSN Messenger from a Laptop ot
install into another PC, but I don't know how to copy, or export, various
.gif images several contacts of my list have sent to me.
Is there any folder or some setting files where these are located in?
