Can anyone tell me why the connectivity of MSN has been so poor, initially i
thought it was because i was using the beta version and accepted loss of

I have tried this on my home LAN from four different XP PCs.  I can request
assistance, and accept the request but a window is supposed to pop-up with a
Take Control button (or so the help file says).  I never get the window on
any of the PCs.  I cannot figure-out how to go to ...

I am able to connect two PCs over a LAN.  UPnP is enabled on the router
between them.  I get to see the window of the other PC sometimes but then
immediately the connection is broken with the "You have been disconnected
from Jeremy's computer."
