Would anyone know where to download the mail add on for Windows Messenger
4.7? This feature alerts you when you receive a new email. This is for
Windows Messenger and not MSN Messenger. Thank you.

co-workers.  All three of us participate in a group conversation.  When the
conversation goes inactive (I think this occurs after a few minutes), one of
the participants will always be removed automatically ...

I've downloaded the 7.0 messenger and it won't even open.  It says that it
has encountered a problem and has to close.  I've un-installed and
re-installed several times, and it always does the same thing.  I use windows

Does anyone know what would cause the games list to NOT appear in MSN
messenger 7 when you click on the games button? All active X settings in
explorer are enabled so I dont think its an active X problem.
I am able to chat with my contacts no problem so I dont think its an issue

I do understand, that this group is genererally dealing with the MSN
messenger, but I simply could not find any other newsgroup dealing with
messenging applications, so I try my luck here.

I recently read that one can delete all entries in the Prefetch folder to
improve general performance.  Is this correct?  Other than app launch
delays, is there a downside of deleting all entries.

i set status to appear offline
program changes status to online by itself

I have installed many msn winks and moods for messenger 7,but if I try to
open other winks the messenger crash...
I try to reinstall but the problem remain....

before logging into windows there is the preview screen that will tell you
how many unread messages you have and how many programmes are running etc.
recently a friend signed into messenger using his e-mail address and it now
shows the number of his unread messages instead of mine ...

Is it possible to interwork Windows Messenger and MSN messenger??  I
understanded Windows Messenger to be targeted to the Business market and MSN
Nessenger to consumer market.
