Jonathan, a friend of mine could not sign in, could not retrieve his
pass word. He removed messenger
and can't reinstall. What does he need to do to get a new account and
reinstall messenger? He

Whenever i try to open windows messenger, it always remembers my password and
signs me in without asking for any password. none of the boxes in the options

Recently when i am signed into yahoo messenger, suddenly at some time
lots of chat windows open up close to 60 - 70 in number. These windows
sometimes bear some yahoo id or sometimes bear my id itself and do have
some message written or sometimes not. When this happens my system

when trying to save or open attachments the download box opens and get an
error message saying "cannot download from 65.54.175.250" internet explorer
was unable to open this site.
This is happening only with attachements downloaded from hotmail.

a friend used my computer, she has hotmail, claims she NEVER downloaded
anything.  Somehow, my computers windows messenger picked up HER info.  Now I
can do NOTHING with the messenger.  I can't delete it, can't change the
personal info to mine.  Add remove programs doesn't pick ...

after I've installed the msn messenger 7.0, I would like to uninstall to old
version, that is messenger 4.x.
how can I uninstall messenger?, or how can I stop Outlook Express to run
messenger automatically?

The novice sends and invitation for remote assistance, and I accept (I
am serving as the 'expert').  The novice's desktop appears, but the
'take control' button does not show up on the toolbar.  In fact, none
of the buttons on the toolbar show up.
