Instead of forcing down our throats their terrible UI designs,
why don't they let people skin the messenger?

I don't know if this is a configuration problem or a hardware problem.
I'm having a problem using the quickcam Communicate STX.
I'm trying to use it to make video-calls (I get the exact same problem
using MSN Messenger, Windows Messenger or Logitech Video Call).
