I experience the same problem as Sylke, I have the latest version of Messenger, When I use Windows Messengeror MSN , sometimes there is no audio, sometimes there is audio on one side , but on the other side not. I've already disabled

I switched from Cable to Verizon DSL and since I switched, I can no longer use videoconferencing. I am now using their Westell 327W modem. Verizon will not help me. Westell will not help me either. From my own research, I found out the problem could be caused by the modem

I was able to do voice conversation with msn messenger ver 7.5 but when i upgraded to service pack 2. i cannot do voice conversation anymore I have disable the firewall but still this didn't work any suggestions to fix this or else i'll have to format and install winxp
