Where is the Windows Messenger SDK? It looks like maybe it used to be on the Microsoft web site, but it's not there now. I can see lots of documentation on IMessenger, IMessenger2, etc interfaces and they say that I need msgrua.h and msgrua.idl, but those files cannot be found ...

Whenever I attempt to share a folder I get the message "Your computer does not support folder sharing, would you like help with supporting sharing folders" I'm sure I have turned this off somewhere but I can't remember how I did it or where. I am logged in as admin btw.
