So what happened to www.get.live.com/messenger ?
Made sense yesterday, changed again tonight and can only find reference to
Beta? Is it me or Microsoft?

A lot of people ask me for help, and I LOVE Remote Assistance so I can

Hi there.  I have two icons at the bottom right of my screen that say I have
two messenger programs.  A friend told me about 7.5 so I downloaded it and
now I have two.  How do I change it to only have 1 messenger icon without
losing my contact names in the original one

There was at one time a totally web based version of messenger at
messenger.msn.com. I have an account but want to use this version. It's not
there any more.
Where did messenger.msn.com go?

i'm using live messenger..
when other people try to talk me with msn/live messenger.. sometimes my
computer is down..
mouse is live, keyboard is die when i click mouse button will system down.

While Skype and MSN Messenger support live video calls, I would like to
stream a pre-recorded video file or a photo slide show to the caller.
Is there any software available for Windows XP to emulate a webcam with
a video file or a slideshow of photographs?

I have Windows Messenger 5.1 installed.
I can switch to Messenger window two ways:
using notification area or taskbar button.
If I press "x " messenger exits or minimizes to notification area

I'm currently using Windows Live Messenger (Beta).  Do I need to uninstall
the Beta version before installing the Final version?

I'm using MSN 7.5 and have had no problems until yesterday, then I noticed
that all the display pictures of my contacts had changed to the default MSN
ones and I could not see any of their custom emoticons either. However, my
contacts can see my DP, emoticons w/o any problem.

When I turn on my computer my name is there along with the rest of the family
and under my name it will say how many unread messages I have. Can you please
tell me how to make that stop.
