Could anyone tell me how to change a display name from an email address to a simple name? The email address was entered in error, and we can't touch the name in the "profile" area as it is "greyed out". Thanks,

I have 2 HP printers, attached to 2 Hp Laptops, both of these printers worked OK when they were on desktops. Now that they are on laptops they will not print green. One of them is blank, and the other prints green in blue. They are not low on ink, everything is as it should be.

I made some changes to my Messenger settings to allow wireless connectivity on my home Broadband connection. Since the changes when I and cabled on my woirkplace LAN I am unable to receive messages from anyone and they get a messge cannot be delivered error.
