since downloading explorer version7 I get the eror message above when going
from 'windows live messenger' to 'hotmail inbox'. I get signed out of live
messenger if i click the message.
I think it's something to do with NET passwords, but i dont know how to fix

I tried dragging a contact from my contact list in Outlook into Windows
Messenger (into the area where it says "Drag a contact into this group").  
Although the drop arrow appeared as I dragged the pointer in the Messenger
window, nothing happened after I released the mouse button ...

I receive the request for remote assistance and accept it but the remote

My Messenger service has been signing itself out, and I can't think of a
reason why. I have run it on 2 different PC's that I own, one in the USA and
the other in the UK (not simultaneously, of course), and it happens on both.
My contacts think I am signing out and can't reach me ...

conversations on my computer and i cann't seem to find out how to make the

I'm getting audio going from a Dell 4500 desktop to a R-40 Thinkpad laptop,
but not the other way around (going through a D-Link DI-614+ router).  
Microsoft KB says it might be because of a driver incompatibility with my
Dell 4500 network adapter, but of course the link they give ...

I have good success using RA with a friend in Texas. I take that to mean
my computer which is behind a firewall is configured OK.
A Nashville friend is using a WEP protected computer behind a firewall.
When he issues a RA request I receive the request and accept. Nothing
