Everytime Windows Messenger runs, it takes up 100% of my CPU., and my computer goes slow. I'm using a Windows XP Proffesional computer, and an AOL Net Gear (W111T) DSL.

When I open Windows Media Center I get a message "Messenger Failure" media center cannot find windows messenger. It is installed, version 8 and does work from the desktop. Also in messenger when i get an invitation to see someones videocam i get a picture but garbled sound only
