Messenger used to re-establish session upon disconnection from server. Tis
one doesn't. :(

I've just downloaded and installed Windows Live messenger.... and can't open
the application keep getting the error message:

I think it may be to do with Outlook.
I have Windows Live Messenger installed which I use and then sign out of
when I finish, but I find that Windows Messenger has signed me in!! If I have
signed out of MSN, it means I want to be signed out! Have removed it in

I have a problem with my 360 signing in on msn but with and older msn
nickname that i had so i would i like to know is there a way to update the
msn on the 360 so it as the same nickname as the one i use on my pc.  thanks

trying to get into Live messenger (8.5 beta) it tells me that as Internet
Explorer is set to off-line i cant sign in. So it IE a requirement to
have/use Messenger? Currently i have no need (as far as i know) to have IE
online

Hi I work for a company that use IM security and after it was apply to all
the user, we are nort able to save emoticons, change ur display picture or
send files. And everytime that we send a msg this msg show up.

I'm trying to use this headset but can't get the mic to work!. I can't seem
the find any support information and this headset anywhere. Does this only
work with msn messenger?.. anyone know of a support forum for this product?

Logged on today to find MSN Messenger no longer existed and i had to
upgrade, so i do so but have been unable to open it. Clicking on the Icon
brings as Error Message up which has the heading of MsnMsgr.Exe - Application
Error, it then saye The application failed to initialize ...

If I am using Messenger (ver 8.1.0178) and I receive a PC to PC call,
when I click answer, the machine gets an instant BSOD with the following
stop code:
0x00000050  (0xAF33S78C, 0x00000000, 0x8053A8AE, 0x00000000)

When I login using my account info....but when I use someone else info, they
logon fine and on the same computer. I suspect that my windows messenger
profile is corrupted. Any suggestions?
