When you get a contact who has "unverified" against his name, is it your
responsibilty to verify him? If so, how is this done please?
There is such scant information in the "help" index in Messenger!

i'm having major problems with this. everytime i turn the computer on it says
you are signed in on another computer click here to sign in. i am not on
other computers. also it comes on when i'm not even in the house. i've tried
all sorts to fix this. please help me!

A few days ago, people started to comment that I was showing as offline when
I message them. This happens with all my contacts, and changing my status and
client version, and even a new computer does not resolve this. I have even
used a linux based client and the same problem!

I was in a conversation, closed the window and lost the conversation.  I
understand the conversations are written to the hard drive.  How can I find
them.

I can start Netmeeting and start a whiteboard with some users.  But when I
try the same using Windows messenger 5.1 it does not work.  It appears to
timeout after about a minute.  I do see that they have accepted the
invitation.

When I attempt to open Windows Messenger I get a message of "This operation
has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator"

User used to send & receive instant messages.
But recently User can only send out instant messages but couldn't receive

Is there a way to delete your contacts so they are gone for good. When I
delete now, the deleted contacts can still be found in the privacy
tab-section. Right-clicking on the contacts there gives the option to delete,
but that option can not be pressed.
