There is someone on my Network uses a software to spy on network members' conversations, I think it called "IM Monitor MSN Spy". So, How can I prevent him from spying on my conversations. Is there an antispy can be used in this case to stop him?

Hi! I installed win live messenger v. 2008 [ build 8.5. 1302.1018] and it looks great. I like it, but it has put all my contacts from hotmail contacts into messenger contacts. And when I right click on the contacts and click "delete" I get the message;

I like windows live messenger. It is tied to my Xbox Live account and thats cool. But after a recent Windows (actually Microsoft) update I now have this crude Messenger program running all the time and starting automatically at start up
