When I try connecting with my cam, video and audio doesn't work,
haw can I set firewall so that I can talk and see my friends?

i have windows messenger but i have downloaded messenger live, i seem to
loose connections at least every five minutes. do i have to delete messenger
and then go on to messenger live with a new ID or can i use my old ID.

I've heard there are plug ins for messenger that will add a whole lot of
extras, i.e, being able to add sounds, seeing when contacts were last online,

I am using windows xp home sr2 and windows live messenger 2008 1302.1018.
When I go to the goto tab under file and open window live today all I get is
loading windows live today.  that's where it stops.  Has anyone else had

I had an older PC which I had Windows messenger.  I had downloaded a neat
little add-on that allows me to hide Windows Messenger using Ctrl -<Space>
when "undesireable eyes" comes near my computer as I am messenging.
