I have run the removal tool, I have removed all the files, I have run ever
listed cmd. It starts to download and then I get this error. I just
reinstalled my OS so should not be any issue. Please Help!!!!

I have made a few attempts at installing and running the latest v8 MS

I have XP systems at two offices connected by VPN. Is using one of the
messenger programs the best way to set up a video/audio connection? No
fancy app sharing just being able to see/talk to one another
spontaneously.
