I am not able to find the SIP Communication Service Account in
Windows Messenger. I am using the Messenger version 5.1. What i have to do to
get this option in Windows Messenger?

Windows Messenger 5.1 shows most of my contacts as Offline when they are
actually Online. Also I appear Offline when I am actually Online. I am
