Its taken ALOT of time, but I think I have figured out what the problem is. It seems that my DV codec is outputting the audio at 48khz instead of 44.1. I don't think windows Movie Maker supports 48khz audio, and thus I get this bad quality. I ripped a track from a cd at 48khz, and ...

Whenever i try and add a image transition or affect onto a clip Windows Movie Maker 2 always shuts down on me. Does anyone know why and how to stop this from happening so i can create something without it crashing on me? Thanks.
