I was wondering when an update for Windows Movie Maker 2
was going to be released.
Extra effects or more transitions etc
I would love some more to work with because the ones in

Everytime i want to add text the program shuts down
anyone no why, or can someone tell me how to uninstall
mm2 so i can reinstall it?

Here is my understanding, If I want to distribute my movie
via VHS i should use nonquare pixels....and if I want to
distribute via computer/web I should use square pixels. Is

when i import video clips into mm2, they come up as green
thumbnails instead of showing the image. The files are
NOT corrupted and i have checked for virus' using norton
and various other scanners.

Not sure how widespread this issue is, but it may be of
interest to others who have had a similar experience to
mine and been stumped by it. Saved AVI files captured as
DV-AVI in 12-bit sound in MM2 and played back in Win Media

Can I combine digital still pictures into a time lapse
sequence (i.e. a flower opening)?
If so, how do I do it?

Help... I have downloaded files from my Digital Camera which apear on my computer as Quicktime files which I can't drag into Movie Maker. Do I need to covert the files or change some settings?

Burnt a CD containing still photos, using Windows XP. (not MM2)  The disc will playback on my PC, on my DVD player, both in U.K. and also on a DVD player in U.S.A

i don`t want to show some pictures in full screen.How should i do?

After editing my clips, saving the movie project, and generating the movie file; Windows Media Player plays it as a blank black video for all throughout the duration of the actual movie. I tried different saving settings to no avail. Please advise.

I want to be able to select one or two snap shots from a movie that i have on a sony memory stick and/or saved on file on my hard drive
How do I get just one or two of the pics from the movie???
