I want to create  DVD's from the DV tapes. I already have dvd +rw drive on my laptop and a dv camera with a fire wire. I also have the movie maker.
What are the steps ?
Can I create the wmv files first and then do the DVD thing from it ? I usually use 2.1Mbs.
