I have a digital video camcorder and would like to put my collection of holidays etc, onto my pc and then to a disc that I can view on a DVD player. New to this so I havent got a clue where to begin. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

How do I import from my DVD camcorders re-writable CD's? Each time I record on the 8cm DVD-rewritable and place it in the D drive, movie maker will not let me import from the D drive as it does not recognise the format its in. How do I change the format so I can use Movie maker?
