When trying to open an avi (output from WMM2 or WMM1) in VirtualDub, routed
through the AviSynth frame server, I get the following message:
"Avisynth open failure, Avisource: couldn't locate a decompressor for fourcc

upon installation of movie maker 2 i get three error messages where i'm asked to contact the support team.
the go like:
1) error 1904. Module C:\Programme\Movie Maker\WMM2AE.dll failed to register.

i use moviemaker 2 to edit my movies after saving i then transfer it to a programme calledpowerdvd by cyberlink.  after wriying to dvd i play it back on my DVD player and it freezes intermitently

i'm having a problem importing MPEG files.  well,
acutally i import them alright, but when i try to add
them to the timeline, the program doesn't recognize them
as video files and i can only add them to the audio
