I created a wmv file with my camcorder and Movie Maker 2 and put it on my website but it takes forever to download.  How do I make it stream?  What is an encoder?  Do I need it?

DVD writer has Ulead anyway.

I have imported a MPEG movie file that I captured using a capture device.  I cannot edit it with movie maker because it will not show a picture when playing.  THere is audio but no picture.

When I import a video from my hard drive to Movie Maker, there is a delay with the audio. The audio does not match up with the video. THe mouths don't match up with what they're saying. This is a good program so please help!
