I trying to capture video from a Sony IP7 using mircoMV format. Movie maker does not work. Cannot capture. Is this formatt supported by MM or is there a patch / upgrade that I could download.

I just bought a sony vaio media pc. I can play video from camcorder on other software, but when I try to capture in MM2 I get error "A video capture device was not detected" Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It used to happen less frequently, but now it happens all the time.  I try to capture video and it either locks up on me or shuts the entire system down.  I haven't made any changes to my pc at all.
