My Sony 8 mm Handycam is plugged into an ATI capture

I installed the movie maker 2 from microsoft. but i still
have 1. i cant find movie maker 2. i kept reinstalling
but that didnt do anything either.

i import the image just fine, but wmm2 puts it in the center of the frame and
surround it w/ black. is there a way i can either change the background to
white or any other color, or make the image take up the entire screen?
also i want to make an image rotating, or"swiveling" is ...
