When I export my movie back onto my DV camera, the first five seconds or so

I have a Panasonic DMR-E85H DVD recorder that can record on DVD-RAM media.
On my computer I can play the DVD-RAM with PowerDVD. When I look at the disc
content I see a file called VR_MOVIE.VRO, and after changing the file
extension to MPG I can play the file in Media Player.

i changed my audio capture settings to something bad and now when i try to
capture movie maker freezes. it freezes before the screen where i can change
the settings back so im stuck. how can i change the setting outside of movie
