Hi, I have a Sony Digital 8 (sorry, I don't know much more than that, it's a
year or two old).  When I use WMM to capture the video, it comes out all
blotchy/pixel-like.  If I watch it on the actual camera, it is perfectly fine
- but once I transfer it to WMM, it isn't viewable.  ...

Final project is completed and playbacks fine in Movie Maker. When saving to
Movie format on my PC, although it takes 30 mins, it seems to save fine.
Problem is the playback in Media Player 10. Movie is just less than 15 mins,
177 MB.

This is very long; I apologize for that, but I want to explain the whole
situation so that I don't waste anyone's time with suggestions that I've
already tried.
Long story short, I am unable to save my movie onto my computer.

UUUGGGHHH!  I know there are others out there that feel the same way!  I have
just spent many hours putting my digital pictures into a storyboard with
transitions between each one and then I added music.  The pictures are in

I've spent ages trying to convert a .VOB to .AVI and now that I finally
have, movie maker only imports around 20s of it when it's 1h 20min long!
Anyone had the same problem or know a solution?

Hi Guys, in need of help here. Whenever I import playable clips into the
program  to try and make a movie they only preview as a green screen with the
audio. Since I can play these same files (avi's) using Media player without a

I recently finished my project using 2 different songs.  There is a big
volume difference between the 2 songs.  Is there anyway to level out the
