Papajohn: I think you can helpme with this issue: I have a DVD hitachi camera that make video files in format .VRO . What I did, I dowload the file to my pc, then I change the extension . VRO for .AVI

I bought a dvd video camera hitachi. I download the video to my pc in .avi format. Then I try to import this file to movie maker and : C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Videos\clara.avi could not be imported. An interface has too many methods to fire events from.

when I try to import my video into mm i get error message ideomp24x3NTSC720x480.mpg cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. I was directed to the plugins website but was do not know which plug in I need. can someone help

Saved Movie in MM as AVI. Open Nero to add movie, message..not compatible. I used jpeg and mp3 formats. If I need to change . How do I do that without redoing whole movie? Thanks

I am planning on importing all 3 of my 1 hr DV tapes via the DV-AVI choice, and then go to the source file and deleat the unwanted clips to save memory. WILL THIS WORK? (I know I could import only the clips I intend to use) Randy--
