Ok, kids. Let's see what I did wrong here, shall we? I imported a WMV file from another PC. About 30 minutes of video footage at 720 X 480 and 29.9 frames per second a.k.a. Standard NTSC.

I am importing short avi clips that I saved using quicktime. Some are working fine, but most of the time, no matter the actual length of the clip, movie maker is only importing 1.97 seconds of the clip. Any ideas on what might be happening?

Is there a way to adjust the length of time pictures will show during the movie creation? I'm looking to adjust it on the fly from the timeline and not to use the default settings. Thanks in advance

On Windows Movie Maker (Version 2.1), how can I make my audio from one clip to the other fade longer or transition longer than two-thirds of a second. I Want to know how to extend my fade longer than that, of course w/ out touching or messing w/ the Video clip.?

For some reason, several AVI's that I've imported into wmm have had parts missing form the ends of them. The stand alone movie files are fine, so it's obviously Movie maker that's doing this, but I can't figure out why. They have no transition on either side of them, either.
