hi. just got new laptop with vista and i am having trouble viewing my movie
clip in my powerpoint presentation.  it works beautifully if viewed as a
seperate file but once imported into the presentation the colour goes very
green?!! why is this?  is there a remedy?

When i try to import video clips or open a project I'm working on, a few
moments later a message asking me if I want to send a message to Microsoft
shows up and I have to close the program.  Also, when I put music in the
timeline, I can't hear it when I play it and my volume was ...

i have vista home basic and i am having alot of  trouble publishing.when i go
to publish a prodject movie maker shuts down.no error message nothing just
stops and shuts down.can anyone help i've been pulling my hair out over this

I am not sure where to start, but after working on what should be an easy
project for 2 days, I am a little frustrated. I am over 75% of the way
through on completing a project in MM 2. I have several still digital
photographs saved, along with transitions (from MM) and 2 music ...

I was taking screen shots with/for another application and afterwards lost
partial functionality of Movie Maker 2 (i.e lost drag & drop feature).  
Ideas?  Should I just uninstall/reinstall?

Is there a way to set the duration times of all the photo slides at once?
Doing it individually is time consuming and tedious. I know you can set the
default time before you make your slide show. Is there some way to "autofit"
the slide show to your chosen song?

All I have are .mov files, that is how my camera saves them before they ever
hit my computer. Is there a way to convert the files in to a format Movie
Maker can use?

I have imported clips into MM OK. When I click clips to play, the majority
will not play in Preview. Some do. The majority of clips stick..

Is it possible to make HD quality shows by using one of the Microsoft
definitions included in the program, or do I need another definition?
Anyone managed to make HD quality shows with success?

for my Biology students.  It took 16 minutes to save it on my hard drive; I

After saving a movie, when played, the thumbnail in the List Pane of the
Media Player appears as a generic filmstrip. Sometimes the thumbnail appears
as the thumbnail of the Movie itself.  Am I able to make the Movie thumbnail
