I am running Windows XP Home Edition. From what I have read I should be able to go to: Programs - Accessories - Entertainment and find "Sound Recorder." It is not there. Where would I find it?

My speakers seem to be working and so does my Media Player. When I use my Device manager on the sound tab it says everything is working. Except I say no to hearing sound. And it says error on 0x00000000 Please help.
