I uninstalled this and now can't get it to re-install.  I

HELP!!!!!!!  in trying to install, and then deleting an
updated codec pack, i somehow lost the codec that enables
me to play mp3s

Once i  have downloaded the wmp 9 and installed it, it
goes back to the user agreement page and then i have to
install it again. it never installs just the same cycle
happens over and over again. How do i fix it?
