It's worked fine for a year. I record vocals and acoustic guitar in Sonar 2
on Win XP Pro.
Suddenly I can't record anything from the microphone. I restored my OS from
an image to a time when the Audigy worked fine, but it made no difference so

Installed XP pro, now I cannot burn CD or DVD because

I'm just making the switch to WMA from MP3s.  I notice
that Napster encodes at 128, but as I understand it VBA
would be better, right?  But I'm not sure which setting

Can anybody please help? When copying from a CD with WMP
the highest quality available is WMA Lossless. I have a
Plextor utility that rips into .wav files and the sound
quality is significantly better. Storage is not a problem

Is there any way to enhance the performance of WMP 9.  
i.e. allocate more CPU or memory to it or to somehow push
more power its way.  I have a very large mp3 collection
(about 65,000) and everything just seems to take forever
