Have previously downloaded music without a problem, now my CD drive is not recognized. A window is shown indicating items that i selected , ready to download, but there is indication that no disc is in the drive. I have a formatted disc there Thanks for the help

I have tried to copy a CD into WMA format, but under Copy Settings, the WMA default is not available. Is there a way to activate this?

About a week ago, my new computer started playing any sound or music really fast (sounds like chipmunks). It does it with mp3s, wavs, CDs, DVD.... Its happens with any software I've tried re-installing the audio drivers but that hasn't helped.

I recently upgraded from WMP8 to WMP9 and I'm no longer clear how to get album/artist/track data from the web. Starting with a song selected in Media Library, what steps do I take please? Or is it now totally automatic while connected?

When I want to change CDs I have to close media player then open it so it will recognize the new CD. What do I need to do so the player will recognize the new CD when I put it in?

When I click on the speech icon on the control panel, there is no speech recognition tab as told in the help and support center. I was trying to configure my microphone on my laptop. Has anyone an answer for this?
