I have a xp pro machine that many people are mapped to access raw MP3
files that can be played from any machine on the network.  The problem
seems to be that even with the limited demands, 8-10 people, the
machine has connectivity issues and some users lose connections.  I am

when ever i play music from a cd or 'itunes' or any thing in that case, the
computer is playing it but i just can't hear no sound. when i turn my
speakers up to full i hear faint static waves so they must be working please
some one help i've tryed everything.

Help i've done something to screw up wmp10. When i down load from the site
that I use and then got to play the the song..a window shows up and
says...the file you are attempting to play has an extension that does not
match file format...what on earth does this mean. Go easy on me ...

   I have beeen burning music files on my notebook for 2 months . Just
recently it wont buffer the file or burn it. I am using the Windows Media

I was able to do this until the lastes update. I have been using the same

I have a question regarding how the Media Player Library (I'm using
version 9) displays compilation CDs.
I use audiograbber to rip CDs->mp3, and when ripping a compilation CD I
use the "compilation" checkbox option in audiograbber.

up from  standby I am unable to hear any sound. After reboot everything is
